This house situated 6km away from Rajkot city was started mainly for the young sisters of the mission to get convenience for training and studies in the local language and culture. The land was bought with a small building on 17th January 2001. Again another piece of land was bought on 18th April 2001. Three sisters stayed in the hostel run by the Bishop's house, for a few months. When our building was provided with the necessary equipments and furniture, it was blessed by the Bishop on 1st October 2001.

A new house was constructed on our land and it was blessed on  21st July 2008. Thus our long cherished dream to have a central house of our own in the mission was materialized. The sisters work in the CMI school, teach catechism, help in the parish activities and go for house visiting. Various kinds of gathering, like retreat, renewal programmes for sisters and formees are held in this house . Our Prepostulants in phase 2 had their formation here from 31st May 2011. With the inauguration of St. Alphonsa Region, this house is declared as the Regional House.
